Prediction site Kalshi fines three US candidates who bet on own election races

Kalshi, a federally regulated prediction market exchange, fined three U.S. candidates for betting on their own election races. The firm tightened insider trading rules, and former FBoy Island contestant Mark Moran, a Virginia Senate candidate, placed bets before and after announcing his candidacy.
