Lawsuit: Nintendo is getting tariff refunds—its customers should get them instead

Two gamers sued Nintendo of America, alleging the company is retaining tariff refunds from the government instead of reimbursing consumers who paid higher prices. The class action claims Nintendo could profit twice by collecting tariffs from consumers and then reclaiming refunds from the government.
