Welsh farmers launch landmark claim against ‘intimidating’ pylon firm

500 Welsh farmers are challenging Green Gen Cymru in the high court, alleging unlawful entry onto private land, intimidation, and disregard for biosecurity and landowners' rights. The case will also examine laws requiring landowners to sell property to utility companies.
