Trump ally diGenova tapped to lead DOJ probe into Brennan over Russia probe origins

The Justice Department has appointed former Trump attorney Joseph diGenova to lead a probe into ex-CIA Director John Brennan and others regarding the origins of the Trump-Russia investigation. The inquiry, now overseen by diGenova, follows the removal of previous prosecutor Maria Medetis Long and involves a federal grand jury in Miami.
