Iranian national arrested at LAX on suspicion of trafficking weapons on Iran government's behalf

Shamim Mafi, a 44-year-old Iranian national from Woodland Hills, was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on suspicion of trafficking weapons, including bombs and drones, for the Iranian government's benefit. He is accused of brokering sales of these items to Sudan.
