Former O.C. cop used database to track woman, contacted her thousands of times, prosecutors say

Robert Jay Josett, a former Orange County police officer, pleaded guilty to unauthorized computer access, fraud, and making thousands of harassing phone calls to a woman, as well as violating a restraining order by contacting her repeatedly.
