Traffic stop leads California law enforcement to two homicide victims

Law enforcement in California discovered two homicide victims during a traffic stop on Easter Sunday. The driver and passenger of a Chevrolet Suburban were arrested after officers found an unresponsive man covered in blood in the rear seat. The passenger attempted to flee but was detained in Clearlake, approximately 100 miles northeast of San Francisco.
