Three Charged with Conspiring to Unlawfully Divert Cutting Edge U.S. Artificial Intelligence Technology to China

Three individuals - Yih-Shyan Liaw, Ruei-Tsang Chang, and Ting-Wei Sun - have been indicted for allegedly conspiring to illegally divert advanced U.S. artificial intelligence technology to China in violation of export control laws.
