Virginia Man Charged with Illegally Selling the Firearm Used in the Campus Shooting at Old Dominion University

Kenya Mcchell Chapman appeared in federal court charged with illegally dealing firearms without a license in connection with a March 12 shooting at Old Dominion University. Chapman is also charged with three counts of making false statements during firearm purchases. The charges relate to the illegal sale of the firearm used in the ODU campus shooting.
