Third Coconspirator in Fatal Benghazi Attacks in U.S. Custody, Charged in Washington D.C. with Murder and Terrorism Counts

Zubayar Al-Bakoush, a coconspirator in the 2012 Benghazi attack that killed U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans, has been taken into U.S. custody and charged with eight counts including terrorism and murder in Washington D.C. This marks the arrest of a third individual involved in the fatal attack on U.S. facilities in Libya.
