Tren de Aragua Leader Added to FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives

Giovanni Vicente Mosquera Serrano, a leader of the Venezuelan criminal organization Tren de Aragua, has been added to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. This marks the first time a member of Tren de Aragua has achieved this designation on the notorious list.
