Two Foreign Nationals Indicted for Plot to Silence U.S. Dissident and Smuggle U.S. Military Technology to China

Two foreign nationals, Cui Guanghai from China and John Miller from the United Kingdom, have been indicted by federal grand juries in Milwaukee and Los Angeles for conspiracy to silence a U.S. dissident and illegally smuggle military technology to China. The charges include interstate stalking, conspiracy, smuggling, and violations of the Arms Export Control Act.
