Active-Duty and Former U.S. Army Soldiers Arrested for Theft of Government Property and Bribery Scheme

Active-duty U.S. Army soldiers Jian Zhao and Li Tian were charged with conspiracy to commit bribery and theft of government property. Former soldier Ruoyu Duan was additionally charged with conspiring to obtain and transmit national defense information to unauthorized individuals.
