Member of the 764 Criminal Enterprise Pleads Guilty to Racketeering Conspiracy and Other Charges

Jairo Jaime Tinajero, 25, pleaded guilty to multiple serious federal charges including racketeering conspiracy, child sexual abuse material production and distribution, cyberstalking, and conspiracy to murder. The charges are connected to his involvement with the 764 Criminal Enterprise and were prosecuted in the Western District of Kentucky.
