Arab attacker opens fire in central Israel, killing 1 and wounding 5

A Palestinian man with Israeli citizenship opened fire in central Israel, killing a 55-year-old reservist and wounding five others before being killed by police. The attacker, from the Arab town of Taybeh, targeted multiple locations including a gas station near Kokhav Yair and areas near the West Bank settlement of Salit. A suspected accomplice was arrested after attempting to stab police.
