Police arrest man after Tesla rams parked vehicle in latest drug-driving case
Hong Kong police arrested a 30-year-old man after his Tesla collided with a parked vehicle in Tai Kok Tsui. The driver tested positive for ketamine, marking at least the fourth suspected drug-driving case in less than a week. The accident occurred on Hoi Fai Road near Olympian City 3, injuring the male driver of the parked Tesla.
