1 dead and 5 wounded in shootings near the West Bank, Israel’s rescue services say

A Palestinian citizen of Israel carried out multiple shooting attacks near Tzur Yitzhak and other towns in central Israel, killing one person and wounding five others. Israeli security forces killed the attacker and conducted searches for additional assailants. The regional council head noted the unexpected nature of the attacks being carried out by Israeli citizens.
