Man who murdered Orange County couple, set their home on fire sentenced to prison
A man who killed an Orange County couple and set their home on fire to cover up the murders was sentenced to 14 years in prison. Jason Phillip Blanchard, 47, admitted to two counts of voluntary manslaughter for the murders of Steven Lucero, 30, and Jillian Jones, 33.
