China bans 11 online activities under tighter rules to curb rumours, cyberbullies

China’s top internet watchdog, the Cyberspace Administration of China, has banned 11 online activities under new regulations to prevent the spread of rumours and content that incites public anger, antagonism, or social discrimination. The prohibited activities include fabricating topics and spreading fake or speculative information.
