Two men convicted of wounding journalist in London ‘on orders of Iran’
Two men were convicted of stabbing an Iranian journalist in London in 2024, an attack described as an attempt to silence him. The journalist, Pouria Zeraati, was working for Iran International, a Farsi-language dissident broadcaster, when he was injured outside his home. The attack is alleged to have been carried out on behalf of the regime in Tehran.
