State prosecutor who led Trump civil fraud case in New York among new judges appointed to Court of Claims
A state prosecutor who led the civil prosecution of Donald Trump in 2023 is among three New York City judges appointed to the state Court of Claims by Gov. Kathy Hochul. Andrew Amer, previously with the Attorney General’s office, and two other judges, Fiordaliza Rodriguez and Danielle Eaddy, were appointed to the court, which handles civil cases against the state.
