Kars4Kids jingle can remain on airwaves in California after appeals court ruling

A judge ruled that Kars4Kids' advertising jingle violates California's False Advertising Law and ordered the nonprofit to stop airing the ads in their current form, but an appeals court allowed the jingle to remain on airwaves.
