Louisiana babysitter arrested after toddler drowned in pool and wasn’t found for 20 minutes
Joann Johnson, 37, was arrested and charged with negligent homicide after a 3-year-old toddler drowned in her in-home daycare in Prairieville, Louisiana, on May 18. The child was not found for 20 minutes following the incident.
