New York City will continue monitoring BHRAGS, a nonprofit involved in a federal corruption probe, instead of dropping it. The city plans to award BHRAGS Home Care nearly $200 million in new contracts and convert an emergency shelter it operates near the Gowanus Canal into a permanent facility.
