Hotter summers and colder winters: El Nino set to intensify extreme weather, scientist says
A climate scientist warns of an extremely hot summer in the northern hemisphere due to the developing El Nino phenomenon, which the World Meteorological Organization says will increase extreme weather risks between now and August.
