Man arrested on second indecent exposure charge in matter of weeks, South Miami police say

Rogerio Miranda De Souza, a Pinecrest man, was arrested again on an indecent exposure charge after a second woman reported an incident in South Miami. Police used a license plate reader to identify him, and he surrendered following contact from detectives. De Souza remains in custody and is expected to appear in bond court.
