Mali junta bans motorcycles outside cities and creates military zones to reduce militant attacks

The military government of Mali has banned motorcycles with 125cc engines or larger outside urban areas and established 35 military zones to restrict civilian access, aiming to curb militant attacks. The measures follow a major April offensive by JNIM and FLA, which included attacks on Bamako and the capture of Kidal.
