Airport suspect packed explosive device for flight, caught with cryptic message on phone: feds

A California man was arrested at Sacramento International Airport for attempting to board a flight with an explosive device in his carry-on luggage. The device, described as a brown cylindrical object with a green fuse, was discovered during a TSA checkpoint search. The suspect also carried five phones with taped cameras and a cryptic message.
