Simi Valley man charged with attempted murder after donut shop rampage
Frank Leslie Blessing, a 58-year-old man from Simi Valley, faces an attempted murder charge after allegedly ramming an SUV through a closed donut shop and trying to run down a police officer. Prosecutors announced the charge, which includes one count of attempted murder of a peace officer.
