Fugitive Hong Kong charity director sued in US over real estate ‘shell game’
A Hong Kong charity director, Jacob Lam Hay-sing, is facing a 14-count civil lawsuit in the United States over an alleged multimillion-dollar real estate 'shell game'. Developer Joseph Lee Daniell accused him of fraud related to the now-defunct Christian Zheng Sheng Association.
