‘I’ve been stabbed!’ Dying student cuffed by cops after being brutally attacked by Sikh man
British police handcuffed dying teen Henry Nowak after he was stabbed by Vickrum Digwa, who falsely accused him of racism. Digwa was later convicted of murder and sentenced to a minimum of 21 years in prison.
