Russian Strikes on Dnipro and Kharkiv Injure Civilians, Damage Buildings
Russian forces struck Kharkiv and Dnipro in the early hours of Tuesday, injuring civilians and causing fires. In Kharkiv, the Osnovianskyi and Slobidskyi districts were hit, while in Dnipro, a 73-year-old woman was hospitalized in serious condition after a two-story building was partially destroyed. The attacks were part of a wider Russian missile and drone assault across Ukraine.
