Trump says Israeli troops no longer heading to Beirut after call with Netanyahu
President Trump announced after a call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that Israeli troops will not proceed to Beirut, and any en route troops have been ordered to retreat. Israel had previously ordered strikes on the southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital and deployed troops.
