Man arrested in the early morning hours for going pants down and 'chimichanga out' near Florida Taco Bell

Brandon Irizarry, 28, was arrested in Flagler County, Florida, for allegedly exposing himself near a Taco Bell by having his pants pulled down and being described as 'chimichanga out.' A betta fish found in his backpack was named 'Baja Blast' and taken to the Flagler County Humane Society, while Irizarry was charged with unlawful exposure of sexual organs.
