Poland Becomes First Nation to Receive SAFE Loan Funding for Defense Procurement
Poland received its first payout from the European Commission’s €150 billion SAFE loan program, securing €6.6 billion of its €43.7 billion defense allocation. Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced 40 defense contracts worth 100 billion zlotys for military equipment.
