California could make it easier to strip alleged rapists of child custody
California is considering legislation to make it easier to remove alleged rapists from child custody arrangements. State Sen. Caroline Menjivar, who authored Senate Bill 1364, stated that no survivor should be forced to co-parent with their rapist.
