Chinese police officers manually dug through sand to retrieve a lost phone belonging to a Taiwan tourist at the Singing Sand Dunes in Dunhuang, Gansu province. The woman, surnamed Tsao, later displayed her Taiwan resident travel permit and praised China as the safest country.
