Mother of newborn who was found dead has also died, Halifax police say

A 23-year-old woman was in critical condition when she arrived at a hospital on Friday, and a newborn baby was found dead two days later in a wooded area near Halifax. The mother of the newborn has also died, according to Halifax police.
