CFTC says it shouldn’t have sued Gemini, joins motion to vacate prior judgment
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has joined cryptocurrency exchange Gemini in requesting to vacate a 2025 consent order from a prior enforcement action. The motion seeks relief from the judgment stemming from the CFTC's earlier lawsuit against Gemini.
