Michigan husband dead, wife suffers ‘catastrophic’ injuries after home explodes in attempted murder-suicide
A Michigan husband was killed and his wife suffered catastrophic injuries after their suburban home exploded in what police believe was a murder-suicide attempt. Doug Preston, 62, died, and his wife of nearly 40 years, Lucy Preston, 61, was critically injured in the blast.
