Thong-wearing elderly man didn’t do himself any favors by telling an officer to 'jump rope for me, baby doll'
An elderly Florida man, Tyrone James Causey, 79, was arrested after neighbors reported him for exposing himself in public. During a police encounter, he claimed legal justification under Florida Statute 800.001 but was charged with five counts of indecent exposure. He was briefly jailed but was released by Friday.
