Scientists create supercharged vitamin K that helps the brain heal itself

Scientists in Japan developed vitamin K-based compounds combined with vitamin A components, which are three times more effective at converting neural stem cells into neurons than natural vitamin K. This breakthrough could lead to new treatments for Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases.
