Ebola spreads in eastern Congo as contact tracing falters
Ebola is spreading rapidly in eastern Congo as contact tracing efforts falter, with health workers following up on only 21% of identified contacts in a single day. As of May 21, the DRC reported 83 confirmed infections, 746 suspected cases, and 1,603 identified contacts.
