UN event on nuclear non-proliferation treaty stumbles, US and Iran clash

A four-week UN conference reviewing the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty ended without agreement as the US and Iran clashed over Iran's nuclear program. Vietnam's UN Ambassador Do Hung Viet confirmed no consensus was reached on a final document among the 191 treaty parties.
