Indiana sheriff's deputy shot three times in hospital ER after stopping to help stranded motorist

An Indiana sheriff's deputy was shot three times in a hospital ER by a stranded motorist he had stopped to assist, later discovered to be potentially connected to an earlier crime. The deputy, Jon Samuelson, remains in critical condition, while the suspect, Sharod Grafton Jr., was arrested nearby.
