Itausa, GIC and Equipav Said to Create Group to Bid for Copasa

Itausa, GIC, and Equipav have formed a group to submit a bid for Copasa, a water and sanitation company operating in Brazil. The consortium aims to acquire the company that serves the Belo Horizonte region.
