College students accused of taking popular beach town and turning it into a booze-soaked free-for-all

Four college students aged 19-22 are facing charges for organizing disruptive 'takeover' events in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware that resulted in rowdy, alcohol-fueled gatherings.
