India and China are cautiously getting closer, thanks to Trump

Trump's policy agenda to strengthen US manufacturing and contain China has had unintended consequences, particularly improving relations between China and India. Despite a decade of efforts, Trump's objectives of bringing manufacturing back to the US and weakening China economically have seen negligible progress.
