Trump touts bill that would make daylight saving time permanent

President Trump praised the House Energy and Commerce Committee's approval of the Sunshine Protection Act, which would make daylight saving time permanent. The committee voted 48-1 to report the bill, introduced by Florida Republicans Sen. Rick Scott and Rep. Vern Buchanan, as part of a larger transportation funding package.
