Northern Metropolis industrial park draws ‘global interest’ from AI, green firms

The Hung Shui Kiu Industry Park, part of Hong Kong's Northern Metropolis megaproject, has attracted significant global interest from AI and environmental technology companies. Chairman Jeffrey Lam Kin-fung announced plans to provide international education and accommodation facilities, with the park targeting operational status by July 2027.
